MariAnn Nichols is the Founder and Principal Consultant of iAM Solutions LLC, bringing over 10 years of administrative and operational experience spanning corporate business formation, property accounting, and executive administration across corporations, multiple churches, ministries, and para-ministries to every engagement.

Before founding iAM Solutions, MariAnn spent seven years as a registered agent specialist working alongside one of the largest corporate registered agent firms in the country, personally handling thousands of business formations, mergers, conversions, withdrawals, certificates of existence, trade names, trademarks, and other filings at the Alabama Secretary of State.

In 2020, MariAnn joined a property management firm where she built operational systems from the ground up within the accounting department, creating structure and processes where none existed. Her excellence positioned her for promotion to Property Accountant, where she developed deep financial expertise in accounts management, reconciliations, and reporting, all without a formal accounting degree.

She built systems so effective and left such a lasting impact that organizations have required multiple people to fill the roles she held alone.

MariAnn holds a Bachelor of Science in History, a Master of Science in Criminal Justice, and a Master of Divinity in Ministerial Leadership. iAM Solutions was founded in obedience to God's calling, rooted in the belief that "I AM" is the solution to every problem.
